Lot’s of my friend ask me how to be creative!? Well for me, creative is a must, but with my own opinions – Innovative is the really needed- than creative, why? because we build something different.. Seeing them to get the higher ranking.. My finger is getting itchy and wanted to take part of the DiGi WWWOW Awards,  .. Some of the blog are happen to be a the most wanted in Malaysia and i just hope .. I was trying to find my own “NICHE” to cover my other articles (it’s been draft the moment i saw the other NICHE!). I never realised this until i do some research in every post or every page that i have in my BLOG.

Harvard researchers are saying that coffee, when drank regularly, can be a cure for diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and colon cancer.  It could even improve your mood and treat daily headache problems.  It could even be drank to lower risk of cavities.

Research shows that regular coffee drinkers are 80 percent less likely to have Parkinson’s disease.  While 2-cups-a-day drinkers can reduce the risk of colon cancer by 25 percent and 80 percent in liver cirrhosis risk.  It can even slash the risk of gallstones by half.  There are even studies showing that people who smoke and drink heavily, have less heart and liver damage because of their coffee intake.

So, what causes these benefits?  It is the anti-oxidants, and surprisingly from the caffeine also.  Currently, drugs for curing Parkinson’s disease are being developed.  These drugs have a derivative of caffeine as their component.  Coffee also has chlorogenic acid and  tocophenols which are antioxidants.  These mineral components can improve insulin sensitivity.  When we talk about insulin sensitivity, it is the body’s response to insulin.

There were studies conducted in Europe citing that the trigonelline, the compound which is why coffee smells good and has bitter taste,  also has benefits.  It can be both antibacterial and anti-adhesive.  These prevent the formation of dental cavities.

But can everybody drink coffee?

Unfortunately, not everybody can drink coffee. People with bladder and kidney problems, existing diabetes, gallstones, heart problems, high cholesterol levels, hypoglycemia and generalized panic and /or anxiety attacks should avoid drinking coffee altogether.  Avoiding drinking coffee is also advised to pregnant women and those with high risk of osteoporosis.

For pregnant women, if coffee cannot be avoided, then it is recommended just to drink one to two cups a day.  Infertility, miscarriages and low birth weight among babies are the primary reason why pregnant women are recommended against drinking coffee.

Excessive caffeine intake can also lead to nervousness, anxiety and rapid heartbeat.  The caffeine overstimulates the nervous system, making the adrenal glands work overboard.  Osteoporosis patients are also advised against coffee.  Coffee reduces the capability of bones to absorb the necessary minerals, making the bones weak and in risk of osteoporosis.  But the effects can be reduced if milk is mixed with coffee.

For some people, coffee can also be addictive.  People who have stopped drinking coffee experience withdrawal symptoms.  They would get headaches, less energy and alertness, difficulty in being focused, get irritated easily and sometimes even get depressed.

Over caffeine consumption can also have an impact on your skin, since it increases the risk of developing stretch marks.  Caffeine may also play a role in weight gain.  Although, it is mentioned that coffee drinkers may lose weight in the short-term, but in a longer period of time, coffee can lead to weight gain.

Coffee both has good and bad effects.  Similar to other beverages and food, once it is taken in big amounts, then it is likely that they may have undesirable effects to your body.  Whether coffee can be considered as a health drink, it is up to you to make the choice.

Well later that day (arrived around 11am in the morning), this time we’re not taking our vacations together but for over 40++ participants from all over the countries with us that day and until goin back to KL (Berjaya Times Square).

i don’t have any DSLR yet so the picture might look a little bit blur hehe, anyway this isn’t the only pic i snap that day i got many more in my HDD still waiting for the right time to upload..  Lets talk about the food; In Malacca the famous food of all times is (Ikan Masak Asam Pedas), perrghh it’s been a while since i eat any of those my wife is also a great chef in Da’House if she’s starting to cook – she cook well.

whoww.. terliurr sa oOo haha.. anway this is so spicy’s food ever and yeah, mix with the sambal belacan at the center there whoww.. it blows up my brain hahah.. anway im sweating all over my shirt while eating the asam pedas that has been cook by people in the village – this is their recipe, it’s yummy!!! we eat like malay, we sit like japan, but we spoke international language .. whowwww!! 1 Language instead of 1Malaysia hehehehe, damn it.. im so full that day and can’t even stand up or even walking hahha.. but heck i need to stand up even my belly is floating like balloon already hahahaha.. any tips how to get rid of a balloon stomach?

While sitting in mamak stall waiting for my breakfast i was watching  CNN live telecast and guess what? they talked about google android has been hacked, 97% of all it software’s is began to fix all the security’s inside the  google android, CNN want us to be aware of anykind of disruption in any signal google android that attach, such as using wifi in the public area, guess what the hacker could do? they can steal your informations rite away and copied all the contacts or even pictures and everything’s that you saved in your google android phone.

Google need you guys – the user who owned the google android software phone, no need to be panic as they were fixing the security to be more reliable and far away from hackers.

This has compromised users with their personal private data, nowadays hackers has known as a good programmer rather than a bad person that steal user informations based on hacking, lot of the users are now know how to use good programmes and believe me some of them are not scared at all with hackers even the hacker guy can fetch every details you had in your Google Android Phone, but what “if” that person is stealing your cookies? maybe you guys has done several times buying or selling stuff online using your android phone? nahhh it’s only my theory, BUT! who says hackers can’t get your username and password? didn’t you know that hackers could get every informations that you put inside your phone? think about what they can do, not what they can’t do!

Im not saying Android phone is lacked in technologies, but some phone may vary, so we all do need to understand there’s no phone such like technologies is perfect, even a ROBOT! need something to live – so there’s a human too, need to eat! OFF TOPIC!! LOL!

Have you been in the middle of stuck? i think we all are, today’s there’s a lots of “Financial Freedom”  in / outside the country’.

27th 2010 ~ Dont Forget!

Here we go again, a nice little short of stories.. On this 27th we will be arrange some parties in our friend house, it is organize by us, not him/her or who.. but by US! we really enjoyed while together.. We can sing, and dance, and drinks and played a guitars and we also sang our ‘Sabahan Anthem Songs’ and lots more..

For those who wants to know us more, the gather’s are to all friends around the places, but 1 things i had to remind you, we drinks, and dance, and yes we do sings and so we drunks.. , just to make sure you guys know about it..

I really  miss our “Beloved Tuaran” but with them i really felt im in Tuaran and this is how we keep our friendship to earn more a valuable times together.. This is the time for us to gather as a friend together, and 1 thing that most important is, we celebrate our friendship together..

This ain’t about a celebration of something important but this is about gathering, we discuss things like this but sometimes you know, it ain’t work, it’s because of the times that so fiXed with our current JOB! but today i make sure this will be the day of MC’s hahaha..

This is nothing to do with you guys (my friends out there) but some people that i helped to fill they needs, to give them what they want and pleased them with a great services i ever made (that’s what i think i am rite now – STUPID!).

it’s all started a few weeks ago, this fella really looks so nice even though there’s a lil bit different looks at her husband but all i know is im doing this to helping them to help me back, just like the old saying “what you see is what you get” if you know what i mean, but i forget about this words “what you see is not always what you can get!” <– A Loser pain the ass WORDS!

Well, for started let me just tell you a simple about her, from her voice i can tell that she is a sincere kind of.. OK la! But her husband i don’t know much about him, but im dealing with her wife not him! – Weirdo when i see her husband that day – totally weird!

But heck i’ve promised to her that i will help her to get what she really want (as a repayment i do charges her a few percentage from what she asked for) she agreed with the Terms & Conditions, so i helped her, to give her what she want and waited for almost 2weeks for that, thanks god on 16th of feb 2012 all went well and what she want she got it and so i was trying to reach her failed, maybe she’s busy.. ok i’ve tried and tried and tried so many times, i just don’t know what’s wrong until at 6.30pm on that day, she text  me and saying what i want from her is too much .. (GuLP!!) so i asked her what is too much? we still can negotiate there’s nothing wrong with negotiation isn’t it? -

Then she’s trying to run away from me, i just can’t figure it why yet.. suddenly she text me again and telling me, that some of the person that she met telling her not to give anything to someone that just helped you to get what you want, instead i am the one who helping you not them, so i shocked and suddenly my head feels like wanna blow.. Although she know what is right and wrong between promising and denying but still she didn’t get me anything..

so i decided to come over to her house at PUCHONG! Heck! she asked me not to come and telling me that she will wired me the money asap! – i’ve waited 3 long hours, but still no clue and suddenly she text me that what i want is not applicable for what im doing! – What’s wrong with my services? is there anything that i can assure you that i am the one who helping you not the person she just SPOKE!

What the hell! – Frustrated with the way she treat me, so i went straight to puchong to collect what is suppose to be mine.. But she refuse to meet me and telling me “KEJAP LAGI I BANK IN U” that text coming right away in my phone.

So i waited for 1/2 an hour, my phone rings.. Trett.. and looking at my phone screen saying that – “shawn, da bank in .. Thanx shawn.”

ok .. i feel glad and happy.. and so i went to the bank to check the amount, do you know when you believe that person, she was trying to fool you… Yes! She is! she’s fooling around with me..

The governmet has appointed her as a teacher in 1 of the MLVK classes in year 90′s, she has been awarded a “Best Lumangkit” award, and now she’s available in any traditional costume hand made.

Do i need to clear all the database or do i have to de-Activated all the plugins in my BLOG? which is true? I’ve tried so many things to get it working but still i dont have any clue why, maybe i’ve to faced the problems everytime i’ve tried to login, i just de-activate the plugins, 1 by 1 and still there’s nothing i could do about it, do i have to delete all the plugins too?

I am too exhausted, i just can’t think about it anymore, this blog weren’t supposed to talk about me, but hey i’ve to clear this mind somehow .. isn’t it?

Exhausted, with the job i currently on, exhausted with all these shit, i am so damn exhausted with these life, but im fully charged with smile.. LOL! I hate everything’s but i never hated friends, eventhough i am so damn eXhausted, that doesn’t mean i’ve to ignore my friends, wife, my princesses and all around me, i just sick and tired with all these shit i dont know why, but the true is i am so damn TIRED! hmmMMm.. Before i start to post about the Facebook again!!!, i want to ask you guys, do you know why Google PR (Page Rank) down grade your PR? Yesterday my Blog has a PR with 3/10 but heck now! my PR has been downgrade to PR2/10 check your PR  (http://prchecker.info), i was really confused why and how could they do this to me, i feel bad with it i was always with google apps but now google had disappointed me with they silly policy changing i guess, anyway lets talk about Facebook Social Bookmarked! – This is my Fav’s one!

I was stumble upon when trying to search an informations about “Google PR Downgrade”  in google itself, i was shocked ermm maybe im a bit late with this but heck i was so surprised when the group singing the song of “All i have to is Dream….. by Everly Brothers” but how if that song change to Facebook!!? Hahahah.. Confusing isn’t it? so do i.. Before i write some more article here better you guys watch and hear the Capella songs by this groups, but im sure lots of you had heard many of this songs in youtube but i never come across to find something like this, so it’s mean that this is new for me.. Hahaha.. i wonder if Twitter got this songs too.. Hear them out! Laugh and loud!

There is still lots of them in youtube and  im afraid if i upload or embed the youtube video’s in here the loading will get far too heavy to load all the youtube video’s in here, you know where you can get it.. Try Youtube! I never heard about google songs.. anyone?

Someone emailed me and asking me about how to makes money online with website and is it real?

It’s hard to explain but really it will become very easy to do it when you surf to other website and focusing on their website what they do actually, the free method are copy and paste whatever they are doing at the professional looking website try to follow their trails.. (Yes) many of the Bloggers out there are copying others method to making money online, if you didn’t do that then you have a problem to with the words (Making Money Online) that’ll be a  stand alone for you on these field of blogging..

Blogging is something that you need to share with people, it’s not new in blogging but getting a new idea’s in every method that you will try to make your blogging skill far more beyond..
